How to develop a QSAR model using Python

This online course provides the tools and knowledge necessary to develop your own QSAR models. You will learn the theoretical background and the general workflow to develop a model: including the rationale of the different steps and the tools to implement them. You will use open libraries to create your customized Python scripts to construct these models effectively.

Introduction to (Q)SAR and read across

In this course, the theoretical basis of (Q)SAR and read across techniques will be studied, and participants will perform a series of practical exercises with different tools. The course will especially focus on applying computational tools in a regulatory context.
